Crelate is easy to use but has some issues
What do you like best?
The fact that it is cloud-based and the users can easily manipulate the system to suit their workflow. It is easy to train on, and it is easy to track the activity reqs are receiving so we can prioritize our efforts. We can quickly and easily add candidates.
What do you dislike?
Parsing is very unreliable. We sometimes get incorrect names, phone numbers are usually accurate, but the biggest problem is parsing position and location. The titles and companies are often incorrect, and the locations are super unreliable. It makes it almost impossible to search for candidates with specific titles in specific locations, which makes the database far less useful. When searching our database, we often need to rely on keywords alone, and this does not give us the precession results we are looking for. The sales functions are not very useful, it is not intuitive for tracking potential clients throughout the sales cycle. Also, the mobile app is difficult to use and we can't view everything we can in the online version.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Building a database for specific positions and keeping all of our req information and candidate info in the same place. The submittal templates have made it possible to send very professional looking submittals of candidates to clients.
