Compstak has been a life saver when im in need of specific comparable information
What do you like best?
Unlike CoStar, compstak is usually spot on with the information that is provided. not only are you able to get small details on similar comps, but i'm able to better serve my client because of it. I wish I had unlimited credits!
What do you dislike?
One thing that I dislike about compstak is when deals are outdated or comps no longer apply for a specific company. For example, if a company had moved locations, compstak does not yet have the information. so, very seldomly, i get the wrong info from compstak.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
definitely give it a shot if you're looking for comps to justify different deals. ive turned many people to compstak and they love it
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use compstak most to figure out lease expirations of companies throughout chicago. without lease expirations, i would not know when to call a company to speak about their real estate needs and potentially getting a meeting to help with future requirements
