What do you dislike?

The platform is not very aesthetically pleasing.

It has running errors on occasions and crashes.

The system can be hard to navigate and takes a lot of use before you become a compentent user.

If the platform crashes it may case work to be lost and file to be frozen. This can be rectified but requires I.T help.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Craft your proclaim to suit your company. Hold regular work shops to get your employees opinion on how the system is operating, any improvements that can be made. Employ a proclaim programmer who can make the improvements a reallity.

It provides ease of work and communication between the company and third party insurance companies. It allows offers for compensation and evidence to be uploaded to an online 'Portal' so both parties can share and view documents.

It allows a task list to be made and customised by the user to allow them to plan their work for the day. It allows letter template to be stored and letters to be generated inputting client data.
