What do you like best?
It is a web platform very easy to use with a minimalist design and simple but very functional, its interface is very friendly, so it is simple to configure, is a very robust program that offers secure and customizable workspaces in the cloud, its most salient features are to allow adding video content and electronic forms. It also provides the ability to share files, integrated group chat, task management, discussion forums, equipment calendars and mobile brand applications, text editor and document indexing, among other aspects. On the other hand, it has a mobile application and a very affordable price.
What do you dislike?
I have nothing negative to add, I love this application is a very complete web solution that can be used by various professionals and companies in all fields.

Without a doubt it is one of the most functional and modern platforms that I have used, excellent content manager and as a collaborative tool offers very good results, so I recommend it, it is also very easy to use and has a very attractive price.

This program has offered us the possibility of systematizing the relevant information to our labor activities in a more effective way, in the case of the reports of the inspections that we carry out in the Petroleum industry, it has allowed us to carry out revisions and contribution in a joint or collaborative way among all the members of the work team, without the need to carry out meetings or with obsolete work methodologies, additionally gives us the security that the files and documents are protected and secure, an aspect to highlight is that in the case of inspections we have been able to have video records of them in addition to the photographic record, which has served us as evidence in the denunciations of the problems and searches for solutions, we are pleasantly satisfied with the performance of this tool.
