Advanced user of Cisco Customer Journey PlatformWe use CJP as a call-routing software. Compared to BroadSoft's Transera, (since acquired by Cisco) the software we used before, it does have some advantages. For instance, agents can now see an itemized list of previous call details including their duration. Other than that, there do not seem to be any other major advantages I have noticed.
CJP crashes and disconnects frequently, almost daily. It is extremely annoying to have to "babysit" the app to make sure it is still up and running.
No significant benefits compared with previous app.
