Great tool for subscriptions and billing
What do you like best?
It's a very customizable tool, but easy to set up and use. I also like how it can be integrated into many tools, helping increase the seamlessness of our sales and onboarding workflows. I have also reached out to their support and success team, which has always been very helpful. I also like how you can create and easily deploy discount codes for monthly or annual promotions. We do this often with our new releases or for holidays. Overall, I would recommend Chargebee to anyone who needs a subscription and billing software in place.
What do you dislike?
There are few things that I do not like. If anything, it would be the limitations in some of their integrations, but that is on both parties, not just Chargebee. There are a few limitations depending on which paid plan you choose to go with, but there is not much that you are missing out on that would be detrimental.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are a subscription-based company and have different payment period methods, such as annual, monthly, and quarterly. It has been much easier to manage our billing, both on a subscription level and the level of one-off purchases. Because of the user permissions, we can have our whole team have access to the platform without having to worry about them changing or accidentally taking an action that would jeopardize the company's financials. I would also recommend Chargebee to anyone looking to connect their software stack and create seamless workflows between their sales processes.
