Center is very user friendly, everyone with center is very nice and prompt when I have a question.

What do you like best?

I love that I can see expenses in real-time, I like that I can send reminders to employees that need to submitt exspenses. The best part is that Receipts are stored electronically. We have not had any transaction where an employee has called saying they do not have a receipt. We also love the fact that at any given time, we can log in and see where we are with our expenses. I love that we can see them in real time. Then the reports can break it down to see where we are spending the most money. For us we have 3 counties so being able to see all that at a quick click is great. I also like that when needed, I can increase the card users limit a just the click of a mouse.

What do you dislike?

I was really disapointed when I found out that we had to pay for an extra program to convert expense reports for the QuickBooks desktop. It is not helpful to have to go out an get a program to do the import in to QuickBooks desktop. When I set in on the demo at the beginning that was a big selling point for us that Center would import into QuickBooks, there was not distinction made between Online and Desktop. So that really hurt us when we found that out. Also, there was a problem with the online portal about a month ago and I emailed our contact and she said that they were actively working on it and would let me know when it was fixed. That was great that she emailed me right back, however, there was no communication that the system was down or anything. I feel that if you know the system is down, should you not inform your clients?

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Again, my recommendations are to get a program within Center that imports the expenses into Quickbooks desktop as well as have better communication with your clients/ customers.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am minimizing using multiple different credit cards or credit accounts for things and also being able to see expenses in real-time. We had a lot of trouble getting receipts turned in prior to using Center. Now, giving employees the opportunity to take a picture and electronically send them in has really helped with making sure that all receipts are turned in with every transaction. We have not had any transaction where an employee has called saying they do not have a receipt. We also love the fact that at any given time, we can log in and see where we are with our expenses. I love that we can see them in real time. Then the reports can break it down to see where we are spending the most money.
