What do you dislike?

As far as nothing I could notice which dislike to me, but no software in this world which is perfect. This tool is slow at the time while generating reports. also, User Interface could be improved.

This system has forced me to believe that the procurement process can be simpler like this. All team members can place requisitions without any constraint of time and location.

Before utilizing Coupa we had no transparency in our spend and we had to take care of a lot of bills and many other papers. Also, at the end of the financial year, we had to recheck all the documents and verify our spending for the whole year. Few people also believed that people from the Account department are corrupted, all these problems are solved with the Coupa. Coupa has helped us to improve our B2B transactions and also improved my organization's workflow by eliminating a lot of manual work.
