What do you like best?

Calabrio Quality Management is easily customizable to meet the needs of an individual organization without being a 'boxed' application.

What do you dislike?

One aspect of Calabrio I would like to improve would be that the application goes through periods of slowness, which can be frustrating at times.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our organization has achieved incredible efficiencies in recording and scoring calls to pinpoint the areas where improvement is needed to provide an excellent customer experience.
