Advanced user of CA Wily Customer Experience ManagerI use CA wily for monitoring applications at an enterprise level. We monitor around 300 applications and wily makes it much easier and the interface is very user friendly
The tool is very good. But the GUI can be updated maybe.
We check alerts proactively and work on them which are customer impacting
