What we needed

What do you like best?

I love that Buildout was created specifically for Commercial Real Estate - no explaining what you do to your service provider. They already understand and built a tool specifically to fit your needs.

What do you dislike?

There aren't as many integrations as I'd like, but I'm sure that will come with time.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our team was previously operating without a CRM and our property marketing platform was outdated. Buildout has given us the CRM we needed and the ability to connect the information and contacts to properties, without the steep learning curve that other solutions demand.
