BuilderTrend is Still Building

What do you like best?

The support team is amazing, they always answer questions and take the time to walk you through the different features of the program

What do you dislike?

The interface itself is not independent; mutiple windows/tabs tend to confuse it. Refreshing pages does more harm than good. It needs to be more of a live update/multi-user friendly. I bounce back a lot on multiple jobs between the logs and the schedules and it has a hard time keeping up with what job I am on which leads to incorrect information being saved on the wrong job, (even though I clicked on the right job, it just didn't refresh quickly and it got confused)

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Know what you want to use it for, it has many capabilities, but unless you are really going to use a certain feature, ignore it. It gets time consuming to constantly add details and logs when they aren't always being used.

Rely on the support team if you have questions. They will do webinar training sessions and even drive on your screen if you are having issues.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Organization within our company, a nice place to store all the documents, scopes, contracts. Accessible by the field team and sub contractors with the appropriate permissions.

Punch lists/ to do lists have been helpful to knock out those smaller remaining items on a job

Color coding the jobs is nice
