Easy and accessible scheduling
What do you like best?
As a scheduler on my team, I really like the ease of access (there's a mobile app for on-site use), the 'ticket' interface, and how easy it is to collaborate with various subcontractors.
What do you dislike?
To see the full functionality on the collaborative end, subcontractors need to make an account. This is not a big issue, as the software is completely functional sans collaborators.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of demonstration sessions set up by the Touchplan team. These are extremely helpful and they are able to show you how to implement the software specific to your needs and industry.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Lower level, on-site scheduling and keeping track of work room by room in construction projects. It is GREAT for keeping track of detailed work and activities.
