Technically good but not user friendly

What do you like best?

Centralize software for billing, accounts receivable and payables, vendor invoices, expenses and time sheets. Can print out various reports for analyses.

What do you dislike?

Long learning curve to understand various components, cryptic locations of buttons and not intuitive to users.
