What do you like best?
What I love the most about Breezy HR is how easy it is to get used to the system. Keeping track of eligible candidates for a specific job opening is straightforward and intuitive. The integration with remote conferencing tools for interviewing is seamless, and the parallel view of the candidate's CV with the team's comments in real-time results being convenient. It is also possible to review a candidate before meeting up and giving further comments and evaluations based on different metrics. This feature is visible to all the persons involved in the recruitment, helping to filter out those candidates not achieving the expected criteria and highlight the best ones to continue with the process.
Scorecards and team discussions add value to the Breezy HR proposition because the hiring team can directly exchange views about the candidates.
What do you dislike?
I recommend using the platform wisely and with consensus between the parts of the level of communication to achieve because it can become noisy swiftly. Sometimes people in the recruiting chain complain about too much CV forwarding without previous screening.
