What do you like best?

Their on-boarding team is quite nice. They also make a great effort to get to know your agency, the type of clients you have so they can cater to you.

What do you dislike?

can't think of anything. Sometimes the staff can be unresponsive, BUT this in no way slows down business It's only during peak times, and this is not a habit.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I'd say get to know what your exact needs are and really think about how technology can automate it.
