Have never worked with a CX platform as knowledgeably as these guys. They know their stuff inside-out and you'll learn a lot from their partnership and coaching.
What do you dislike?
I have nothing negative to say about working with Boostopia. I do wish they were integrated with a few more platforms but I know those are on their road map and will come with time.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Boostopia has helped us nail down our cost-per-ticket and allows us to splice up data in so many ways that Zendesk does not. We are a small team without access to data analysts or professional Zendesk administrators—that's where Boostopia steps in. The unexpected benefits that have come from Boostopia are all of the great process changes that were born out of our monthly coaching sessions.
