What do you like best?

Service level is excellent - Bonzai's team is always ready to assist in troubleshooting and educating my team on any new features. They are also keen to hear the ways they can improve as a platform, which in turn help us to become more efficient.

What do you dislike?

Some of the features could be further improved, such as tag generation that may pose as a headache in complex, highly customized campaigns. Nevertheless, the tech team will always be ready to help.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Creative management. We worked on more than five to ten different campaigns daily, and Bonzai helps make that process more efficient. In my previous role, our core business was focusing on location intelligence, so Bonzai's hyperlocal location features make our campaigns more credible and impactful. Our clientele in SEA was constantly asking for high impact, bespoke creatives and Bonzai was able to fulfill that demand through their platform
