Process efficiencies and customer service

What do you like best?

As a media agency, creative asset delivery is a constant challenge for us. The Ad-lib product allows us to leave a lot of the management of our dynamic creative assets to them. They are well integrated with the Google Marketing Platform stack, which is a huge plus for us. They have been extremely flexible with our requirements, as we have required some unique reporting, which has not been an issue for them. And finally the customer service is first class!

What do you dislike?

There hasn't really been anything that I don't like with the product, we engaged with them to solve a specific problem with the management of delivery, trafficking, feed management of dynamic creative built in CM Studio, and it has helped immensely with that. The more we work closely with the team, the more opportunities we are able to uncover that Ad-lib can support us with.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

One of our key clients works with very complex dynamic creative set ups, and as the media buying agency, we have in the past had to manage the delivery of multiple assets from multiple creative agencies. Ad-lib have been able to step in to do asset development, with a streamlined review and approval process which has saved a huge amount of time. The ability to optimise to granular creative iterations, as well as being able to report on that granularity has been a great improvement for us too.
