★★★★★
Fast and easy CRM for beginners, but with no customer support.

What do you like best?

Ease of use, simple, well integrated, fast to setup, all tools you need for a small operation and quick deployment. Email integration. Advanced dashboard.

What do you dislike?

Customer support non-existent. Build in Help system totally useless. Very small community yet, zero help.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Great start to understand the logic of what a CRM is, very helpful to organize and manage your sales flow and report back to your boss if needed but for small companies or one man operation. Great 3 Months free trial (as of this writing) and the least expensive of all systems I have tried. Cost / Benefit is a total win.

But if you need help or support, you will not get it. The community is still to small, and self service help system is a joke. And there is no support when asking questions on the help section. Also, the videos online to learn are totally useless and marketing based to sell the product, not to help you understand the system.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

My sales cycle. Best benefit is a quick overview on how everything is going and how everything stands
