What do you like best?
Easy to move from record to record. Easy to understand how to navigate to the different sections. Customer service is exceptional. Anytime we have needed assistance of any kind it is taken care of in a very timely manner.
What do you dislike?
I wish the jobs, companies and people files integrated better with each segment
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it works pretty well, however there are a few things that don't work well. Like you cannot change a date in a mass change. You have to change each one separately. Has good connectivity. We have only had maybe one time we couldn't access Big Biller in over 5 years. You can get an extension that allows you to add candidates to the database directly from Linked IN
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It was customized for us, allowing us to continue using the same type of ATS as we had before, but with better features.
