I love hyphen its ease of use, as I find it extremely practical

What do you like best?

I love its ease of use, since it seems to me something extremely practical, something that catches my attention is the fact that its mobile design is the same or easier to use than its desktop version, since in general mobile versions tend to be a bit more restrictive for design reasons. In addition, we create surveys in a fairly easy, fast and practical way, which is something quite useful when it comes to wanting to know the opinion of our employees about how their work life is in the office, this was quite useful for me. since there was a time when I noticed that performance and performance had dropped considerably, so I had to take action quickly so it occurred to me to use Hyphen to find out what was happening and create a survey through this application to know the opinion of my employees since they could answer it anonymously, another quite remarkable aspect of the use of Hyphen is its customer service team, they really make me feel quite good while I ask them, not like in other opportunities where the service staff you are treated as if you know absolutely nothing.

What do you dislike?

Although the quality of the reports is quite good, I consider that it lacks to add the functionality of exporting reports (either via Word, pdf, Excel ...) since in many cases we require the information in another site that does not have the software installed so viewing the report if it is not printed is somewhat cumbersome.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have been using it within my company to measure and monitor in a certain way the level of happiness of my employees, since their surveys provide me with an excellent opportunity to do so, in addition to that I have noticed that when I do not perform this type of activities performance tends to drop a bit so often, I have not yet discovered if it is because they feel somewhat abandoned or if they are uncomfortable and they have not yet communicated it to me, however it is something that I am determined to find out and I hope to tell with the help of Hyphen for it.
