What do you like best?
They are always available to meet and answer any questions. They offer to help out when we're trying to figure out the best way of getting feedback from employees. Very friendly, and will view the backend for you and sometimes even make little customizations if appropriate.

Nothing, it's a great platform for gathering ideas from employees.
