What do you like best?

The best part we liked about Awarathon was their automated reports for all three levels, i.e., Supervisor, Trainer, and even for individual rep. They have a Sales Optimization report module, which divides the reps into various categories based on their sales performance. It also helped us to manage our entire salesforce effectively and even the onboarding process. Awarathon's team supported the technical glitches we faced and explained their platform as our team was not familiar with their functionality.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Veritaz used to conduct multiple MDPs (Manager Development Programs) in different commercial divisions. At that time impact of training on sales was a significant factor for us to know.

Awarathon first acknowledged that our training session positively impacted the rep knowledge. Then they showed us our Pre vs. Post sales performances, which showed that training had a high significance on sales performances. It helped us to plan our training calendar accordingly

Awarathon platform helped us to capture the reports and trainers feedback for each session. Lastly, they helped us in capturing the Subordinate feedback for their respective managers.
