Avoma - never forget anything!

What do you like best?

As a consultant, I have a lot of conversations from Sales, team meetings, customer scoping and requirement gatherings just to name a few.

I used to record all my zoom calls - however whilst I may have recorded the call. Finding exactly what I was talking about within the call was frustrating and slow. With Avoma I can make notes during the meeting which timestamps when I made the note, Thus enabling me to go back to exactly where I was in the conversation. I regularly use the "snippet" feature to capture a small segment of the conversation to share with people.

Being able to synchronise my notes with Salesforce is super helpful too!

What do you dislike?

There were a couple of challenges when I first subscribed to get it to work for me. However, the support team were amazing and got it sorted very quickly and I haven't looked back.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's a virtual memory. You understand customer needs and requirements explicitly because you can go back and listen to exactly what they said many times over. This saves time and always delivers what the customer has asked for.
