Consistent formatting with Astute Review
What do you like best?
It prevented me from manually reviewing slides before sending presentations to others. I created a lot of custom slides and merged content from older presentations into new presentations. Astute helped automate that process and catches errors I would have otherwise missed.
What do you dislike?
The software is very detailed. I wish I could turn off certain aspects of the review vs. “ignoring issues”.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think through the amount of time you spend on each presentation formatting versions before sending internally and to clients. Of more than a couple of hours, I'd strongly recommend using Astute review to cut down on that time that could otherwise be used for more value added work for your company and clients.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Increasing my productivity and consistency. Astute Review let me focus my time on content and messaging for my presentation and avoid getting bogged down in formatting. Using it I felt more confident that my presentations were clean and presentable before sending (without spending as much time to check formatting).
