What do you like best?

Astute generates from a huge database of information for me. It searched and summarizes things way quicker than the human minds capable of. All in all, the filters make sense.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes when sifting through thousands of cases it can get slow.

If you need to do the same type of report every month, astute Is amazing for being able to set favourites - it makes my life so much easier. For example, by saying "this product- list all complaints" I can literally get a report sent to me every month and we can help target which areas of our business need improvement.

Helps ensure quality by providing us data and the ability to reveal trends and target which of our plants, or production dates, or steps, may be part of the issue.
