What do you like best?

They provide a recruiting platform that helps big businesses connect in a real way with potential employees.

What do you dislike?

They talk a lot about innovation, but some of the features don't seem that gamechanging. Things like AI have a lot of promise, but are not always the Magic Bullet they pretend to be.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's so hard to find the right talent. We are a company based in LV that struggles to recruit locals or have people relocate. However, using the right tools gives us an advantage.
