What do you like best?

The machine learning applied to search listings has proven increased conversion. Merchandising strategy is easily adjust based on business goals, as well as the platform being quite extensible to integrate with specific product taxonomy and product catalogue structure.

On the front end the visual presentation of the product adheres to best practices, utilising proven UX and UI guidelines to drive click through and conversion.

What do you dislike?

Although the product is highly customisable in terms of functionality, the look and feel is somewhat restricted, mostly as it adheres to best practices, which means it's not as flexible for providing a bespoke presentation.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

A more intelligent site search solution that provides more relevant search results, which are auto merchandised based on real transactional data. This leads to an increase in conversion and time saving versus manual control of these site features.
