Advanced user of AppriverControl and Support ease of use is the my favorite part.. No one wants to spend a lot of time attempting to setup or maintain compliance, this is a one shot unit- Sign up, point your MX records- and the defaults are pretty darn good- enhance it more with personal weights on filtering with malware, spam, phishing and it's even better. I have to hardly get on to make adjustments
Hit or Miss, sometimes a little spam comes through- I wish Appriver had one some sort of end-user training tutorial packaged within, to send a fake phish, and send them to the link for compliance training, others have started to do this.
If simplicity and ease of use is necessary: Take a look at Appriver. They do have a decent sales staff and a very reasonable support staff.
Phishing, Spam, and Malware attempts via Email transactions, especially since our Mail Server is a legacy unit- and not O365. Their solution is one of few cloud-based units still supporting legacy mail systems.
