The simple and easy user interface and Customization

None as of now, working fine since last 6 months

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We used it to improve the user engagement, with all the caller info available just when the caller calls, you can greet the customers with their names and instead of filling their details agents can actually listen to their issues.
