What do you like best?
The system is very solid. It has had no downtime since we started, and it has been almost a year.
The dialer is smart and functional.
It is easy to control campaigns, import and users.
Their supportteam is always great and helpful!
What do you dislike?
The only thing i dislike is the filter function. If I want to take out very detailed statistics from X numbers of calls, it seems more difficult than it should be.
I would love it, if you could search for a mass of leads and at the same time change specific details for said leads. I know this can be done in a way, but I would like it to be more intuitive.
One thing, that would be a great addition (I know that LeadDesk uses this) is a whisper function. It gives you the ability to whisper in your agents audio without the subject/lead being able to hear it. This would be very helpful towards coaching sessions and better customer service.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a simple software with great support, choose this. It will probably save you some time and frustration, especially when going live - it is very intuitive and easy to setup.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are using it to dial customers. With Adversus we can do so in an effective way.
