How to take the stress out of HR

What do you like best?

I love that I am not alone and that I have a team that is willing and capable of guiding me through all aspects of running the HR aspects of my company.

What do you dislike?

I do not like the way that the app doesn't allow me to easily handle multiple requests for time off at one time. I can approve/deny but then I need to close the app and go back in again to review the next one.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This will be one of the best decisions that you make as a business owner and you will wonder why you didn't do it earlier.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have been able to ensure compliance with my I-9's and make changes to payroll easily and with confidence. The amount of time it takes to check PTO and vacation balances at a glance and complete payroll with the inclusion of time and attendance has been priceless.
