There is power there but it is often clunky difficult to access

What do you like best?

There are a number of features around the import and export of data that I think give it a step up over free tools.

What do you dislike?

My biggest issue is report generation is terrible. Long wait times and ad hoc reporting does not allow for custom date ranges. The tool often won't warn you that a report can not be generated with the dimensions, metrics and date ranges you have chosen and will just silently fail. Not what you would expect from a paid tool.

The tool is also terrible at filtering bot traffic

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As of right now it's high level reporting on marketing efforts and page performance
