Abacus aDvance provides the customers control over the data, which is the need of the hour due to GDPR complaince.It offers flexibility to collect data from multiple sources and generate valuable insights that are an effective means to highlight on actionable revenue opportunities.

The crown jewel of the solution is the the is highly flexible and comprehensive system integration that allow connectivity to be extremely fast.

What do you dislike?

The package offers many features but the system is fairly new and third party integration do not always result in trouble-free access. The help guide /tutorials should be more comprehensive so that newer users training are faster in deployment of the system. Hopefully some video tutorials would be made that would help new users.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Abacus ADvance has great potential to overtake the current market leaders in the Cloud data management section. They offer Demos which is a great way to get in touch with their organization but that demo service is currently only restricted to certain countries locally.If you are in those region you have a great opportunity to let them help you customize a solution to you. Be sure to discuss all the avenues such as data integration and integration with regard to eCommerce application and marketing campaign in details. They do help.

User can view their data on the portal and integrate with their payments etc.

Marketing campaign based on the data mined through user's action on the website and app (also based on the activity) to offer targeted marketing campaigns to potential visitors.
