What do you like best?

Easy to use and navigate. Page is colourful. Link feature can be used easily and upload of documents are quick and simple. Software is reliable and updates from ISCA, ACRA are reflected frequently.

What do you dislike?

Does not work that well on hp. The alignment and display for each page cant be seen all at once and hard to manoeuvre.

Financial statements feature still has room for improvements (However, i have not use this feature fully and frequently, thus cant comment in detail).

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Its a great software and easy to use. Smart audit team are quick to respond when there are doubts or issues.

Colours on the software does not tire the eyes quickly.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Smart audit has helped to increase efficiency and allow me to review on the go.

Besides, any staff can pick up the engagement at any time, anywhere and will be able to understand the progress and status of engagement quickly.
