It seems that every year when we install the new software on our office computers something goes wrong. It's not usually a hard fix but just taking the time to correct the issues is money wasted. I do not like that they new outsource their phone call center help. When I call I need someone to answer who knows the product and can help me fix it quickly.
I highly recommend CS Professional Suite. Working in a smaller office it keeps everyone connected and on the same page. We all have the same programs on our desktops and can move from office to home smoothly. We mainly use UltraTax CS and FileCabinet CS for our accounting practice. The "A la Carte" options for the programs they have available make it easy for us to only pay for the programs we need.
FileCabinet alone makes our whole office run better. Being able to scan docs in and anyone in the office is able to look at them is a lifesaver.
