SOFTWARE WITH MODIFICATIONS NOT EASILY UPGRADED

What do you like best?

Through many years of modifications the software is adequate for our current purpose.

What do you dislike?

Because we had to do many modifications to the software they are not supported when doing an upgrade to the next version of the software. The system has many flaws such as crashing for no reason the software company can find. The software is also difficult to extract data into usable reports.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are not solving any problems with AccountMate at this time only learning what to look for in the next generation ERP system we are searching for at this time.
