Steady and simple

What do you like best?

It's very simple to connect with Gmail and add emails to salesforce. Adding contacts to salesforce from a new email and very simple and easy.

The addition of templates made life much easier with the option to "plug and play" rather than find an email and copy and paste it.

What do you dislike?

That it doesn't automatically connect the email to the contact and sometimes there are glitches where you must go to your sent and re-add the email.

While it was a bit glitchy at times, it is nothing that really took you out of your workflow.

Worth noting that my use of this was related to Gmail.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are looking for a very simple and easy to use solution for marketing emails/templates then you can do no better for the cost. It is very simple and easy to use.

My main use was for plug and play templates as well as sending emails to salesforce.

While it did not have everything needed, it works well enough.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Keeping email and CRM connected. It allows for everything to be connected to a contact or account which is helpful for deal in which we are dealing with partners.
