Not as useful as I had hoped
What do you like best?
Regie automatically generates sequences for outreach or responses to inbound leads. If you are using Outreach or Salesloft, those sequences are automatically uploaded to those sales outreach platforms. We were hopeful that Regie would provide the sequence and content for junior salespeople to follow.
What do you dislike?
We are using Reply.io, so there is no automation. Each sequence's content is copied and pasted from a PDF into the appropriate step (manually defined in Reply.io). The variables for personalization do not map, so they also require editing. We are using Hubspot for our inbound response automation, so the inbound replies are not as useful for the same reasons. After using Regie.io for a month, we stopped using it and have not used it since. Reply.io provided feedback on the content, and the Regie.io content was always rated as unlikely to receive a response. The content for each step required additional editing to bring it up to a passable level.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We were trying to solve the problem by providing structure and content to outbound campaigns that more junior salespeople execute. It would be a great time-saving and productivity tool if we were able to use it.
