Advanced user of Performance.netIt has a clean and clear user interface that enables easy navigation of both users and administrators thereby making us to love it more. It also allows placing of training and coaching for employees in the right slot for every user where they need it. It allows us to collaborate with employees on goals set to be achieved. New goals can be added anytime and those achieved will be marked properly while those inactive will also be marked as inactive. All users are easily tracked on their tasks and their progress on achieving goals. All achievements are tallied together in the system for appraisal purposes at the end of the year.
Performance.net API integrations need to be developed more as no system can work independently in an organization. It is presenting challenges in integration with other software making data syncing a problem.
Performance.net makes setting and achieving of goals in an organization a simple task as it presents to employees well detailed training and coaching on how to do tasks and achieve goals. It also presents managers with all the necessary data and tracking capabilities on all employees. And for having an intuitive user interface it presents itself likable to perform tasks on.
Goal management is very easy in performance.net as everyone is notified of changes and they know which steps to take in order to achieve the goals. Training and coaching for employees is easily set in the right places where they will need it for quick walk through and focus on how to achieve more goals. This makes our team more focused and we achieve more results with this kind of collaboration. All data for employees is easily accessed by managers including their salaries, increments, appraisals and achievements making it easy to calculate and approve increases and budgets, all in one place.
