What do you like best?
I like how simple this program looks to use, it helps with being a new user or administrator. It is easy to add multiple objectives for each employee or to give objectives for each team
What do you dislike?
This module needs way more training options available. There is no training and very little help on the website when attempting to learn this so it becomes very trial and error, which I do not have time for. It is not well linked to Incent so it takes a bit of effort to set it up and my sales team run into errors on it very frequently. Since I can't intemperate users on this module, there's no way to see what's going wrong.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
this program is much easier for the users than for the admin. the admin has the trouble of setting everything up and troubleshooting problems blindly. the users have a much easier time. I recommend not using the company objectives and always use the individual ones
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use Objectives to measure our KSO part of our sales incentives. Each member of our sales team can enter their own measurable objectives into their plan which allows their manager to approve them and then measure their performance at the end of the quarter. It is easy to see the payout from these and is a much quicker process than the billings part of the incentives. The benefits is keeping all of the objectives locked into one database where employee, manager, and admin can see and work with.
