What do you like best?

Highly engaging user interface that is packed with essential team leadership features. It enhances proactive communication at all levels within the team and supports team members in achieving their goals and becoming the best version of themselves.

What do you dislike?

Not enough people in our business currently use it!

If you're in the market for a team leadership app that is user focused definitely give this a go - is much simpler and easier to use than the traditional HR focused apps, and the support from Crewmojo's development team allows you to tailor it for your team's needs.

We are using this to help fill the void of the dreaded annual performance review process, to provide the regular feedback and goal setting that people really need to be their best. People are now more intentional and open about their performance, and it has enhanced the peer to peer support & collaboration.
