Comprehensive and User Friendly Performance Management Software
What do you like best?
PerformYard is customizable and allows companies to tailor the review forms to their process. In addition, the functionality of the software allows our managers and staff to use this tool throughout the entire review year. The feedback tool is super helpful and the ability to store documents is a time saver. I also love the ability for both employees and managers to be able to collaborate on goal setting and update throughout the year. This software is a great repository for all things performance management related documentation!
What do you dislike?
I don't really have anything that I dislike about the product. I have been speaking with our amazing customer service manager at PerformYard about finding ways to provide access for multiple levels of management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Since most companies are still in a remote workforce situation, PerformYard is a brilliant tool that can be used whether employees are in the office or working remotely.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are trying to create a mindset within our company to continue to focus on performance management throughout the entire year and not just during the review period. We have realized that the goal setting will be a way for us to establish quarterly goal check-ins and assist with our mid-year review process.
