What do you like best?
I have been using PeopleGoal for more than year now and I am super impressed. The platform is super flexible and easy to use. The Support teams is always there to support with our requests and help us roll out new apps. We started with the Performance Apps and then moved to roll out Engagement and Onboarding. The platform really helped us consolidate some of hr processes the reduce the amount of software we were using as a company.
What do you dislike?
Nothing comes to mind. I know that the PeopleGoal team is working on a succession planning app so I am really excited about it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am using PeopleGoal for performance management, employee engagement and onboarding.
I was able to reduce the time spend on performance management activities for both employees and managers. The system is always up and running in comparison to our previous platform.
I was able to measure employee engagement with PeopleGoal and also get unique insights on how to improve the team morale. In addition, I was able to build custom reports for my leadership team in PeopleGoal which reduced the time I had to spend crunching data in excel.
