What do you like best?
The core value rating feature is top notch. The mobile app is also very extremely usefully. The software is very user friendly, up-time is really good, and a lot of the work flow can be customized from the front end with is a big relief.
What do you dislike?
Really needs to enhance the roadmap of the app. Then it would be more useful if there was an audio aided or text to speech situation that could help with the impaired. Building of reports from the front end is very limited. This can be a bit of a hassle on my part considering the fact that the syngerita team is slow in adding new reports to the list proactively. Turnaround time on service requests are pretty low. Lastly, there is no auto lock-out system when the programs just sits there idill. No tracked changes when manager edits the goals and reviews of the employees
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is easily scalable and configurable, fits seamlessly to business and employee requirements. Automation of entire performance management process provides input in various for training and development. Would definitely recommend.

It has eased our process of performance management from a paper based system to a portal like system based approach it has helped to track the PDA at every stage. The system is built to suit our type of work.
