What do you like best?
For online meetings or calls, I can simply visit pinstriped.com and add notes. I like the speed. Rather than creating a new google doc and filing it correctly, pinstriped lists my previous meetings in date order on the right. After the call I email the client a link to the notes. No more long emails!
What do you dislike?
When uploaded documents are downloaded by the client the name is not the same and can cause confusion

Quick meeting minutes. I save 10-20 minutes each meeting over saving in Word and printing a PDF.
