Happy with Team O'clock!

What do you like best?

I like how easy the service is to use. We use Microsoft teams and the integration is great. Also, in the past I submitted an enhancement request and the response was very fast and the enhancement was in place within hours! I was very impressed!

What do you dislike?

I see only a few minor things that I don't love.

1 - I am not crazy about the planning poker summary such as "The team has voted for 3 points" -- I would only find that helpful if the entire team pointed as a 3. When it's only the majority that voted for 3, it doesn't matter. We then have discussions to decide which point value to land on. I feel that the summary can be misleading in cases where it wasn't unanimous.

2 - I would love to see options for different pointing methods. In a past pointing tool that I used, you could select from a dropdown "fibonacci, 1-5, 1-10 or Yes/No" and then your setting would default based on the last selection that you made. I do wish that Team o'clock had options other than just Fibonacci.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Team O'clock provides an easy way to get a team estimation. In the past, we've had it where people had cameras on and held fingers up to show their point votes but this is much easier and it doesn't allow some people to anchor bias the rest of the team.
