Advanced user of Katana MRPOne of the things I like best about Katana MRP is how it brings various aspects of business together: order entry, inventory, bill of materials, purchasing, production and more. It's an outstanding software solution. Better yet it the support that we receive. We try not to be too needy, but when we have questions the Katana Team is right there!
As well integrated as Katana is, one thing I have noticed is that if my order information changes in Shopify, it is not pushed down to Katana. Example, I had a customer who sent an email, changed the items they order from Women's to Men's, we were able to make the change in Shopify, but when I checked the order in Katana it was not updated. I sent an email to our team and followed up to ensure they knew there was a change.

The biggest problem we solved with Katana is inventory management. We began using Katana about six months ago and I would say that we are just started to more fully recognize the benefits. That is not a bad thing, we have been developing processes and using Katana to make our processes more efficient. We truly believe that Katana is a software that is able to grow with our business and we are very optimistic it.
