Advanced user of OMS+I like most about the oms are when you see all the information on one page like the status of the product, customer information, print invoice, not only online orders but it also includes click and collect, reserve n collect orders. this app will give you all access like canceling the order, transfer the order as well as delivered the product and current status of the product.
The only thing which I don't like is the user interface while cancelling the order and also cancel an order doesn't show on one page. we have to put one by one order id to check
I will recommend those people or business entity who want all query and status on one app only basically all online business solution in one app only
